These are proposed activities for registered IMA members. Dates, venues, facilitators and any fees will be confirmed separately. Volunteering opens a private application for coordinator review; it does not book a place or confirm an event.
IMA Nagpur describes scientific, cultural and public-awareness work on its official website. IMA also publishes CME resources and an archived blood-donation programme. These sources inform this proposed plan; they do not confirm local events.

Know the process before you need it.
Discuss documentation, professional indemnity and managing complaints with qualified advisers. Individual case advice should be arranged confidentially.

Difficult-conversation workshops
The words after a loss matter.
Practise compassionate conversations, clear explanations and handling distress through facilitated role-play and debriefing.

Hospital security review days
Walk the route before an emergency.
Bring clinical, administrative and security colleagues together to review entrances, visitor flow, safe exits and communication arrangements.

SOS and response practice drills
Practise the response. Build the confidence.
Use a clearly labelled practice scenario, agree roles and review what worked. Any live messaging or calling exercise needs agreed recipients and provider readiness.

Bring care closer to your neighbourhood.
Offer clinical time or help organise a camp with a host institution, a clinical lead, appropriate facilities and follow-up arrangements.

Blood and organ-donation awareness
One organised day can bring many people together.
Partner with an authorised blood centre for a donation camp, or help an appropriate organisation run an organ-donation awareness session.

Start a useful conversation outside the hospital.
Volunteer for age-appropriate health awareness, prevention and first-aid education with the host’s permission and a qualified facilitator.

Suggest a facilitated wellbeing discussion, a peer-support session or a referral resource with a qualified mental-health professional.
