Ways to apply

1. Through IMA Nagpur: call, email or visit the branch to request the current membership form, eligibility guidance, supporting documents and fee.
2. Online branch enquiry: use the official IMA Nagpur “Become a Member” page. If its form requests an IMA number you do not yet have, contact the branch for the new-applicant route.
3. National application form: follow the IMA Headquarters membership instructions, download the official form, and submit it to the local branch’s Honorary Secretary as directed.

Ask the branch about annual membership, life membership, transfers from another branch, and the route for interns. IMA’s national instructions describe an intern-membership category with restrictions; eligibility and conversion to regular membership must be confirmed by IMA.

Prepare your medical-registration details, qualifications and professional/contact information, then obtain the branch’s current document checklist. Fees and acceptance are handled by IMA; this website does not approve IMA enrollment.

Already an IMA member?

Apply for verification on Nagpur IMA Safety to access its member response tools. Registering interest in the Rapid Action Co-ordinator Committee is separate from becoming an IMA member. Medical SOS access is reserved for approved registered IMA members with a verified mobile number.
