What the source explains
The template is designed for advocates considering state legislative strategies. It points out differences in prohibited conduct, penalties, protected workers and locations. Its value for an Indian awareness campaign is methodological: a broad headline can conceal important statutory differences. It is not an Indian bill, and copying its provisions does not make them applicable in Maharashtra.
Using this reading in your hospital
Before publishing a legal poster, identify the jurisdiction, relevant provision and conduct covered. Have the actual wording checked against an official source. Keep a general message rejecting violence separate from claims about bail, arrest or a guaranteed sentence.
